Order Procedure

 

BestBuyFrom enables you to order and pay for products easily, quickly and reliably.

NEVER ORDERED BEFORE?

Have you never ordered before? Then here are some simple steps.

STEP 1 – PLACING AN ORDER
If you click on the ‘add to cart’ button, you will add the relevant item to the shopping cart. A pop-up screen will appear (top right) showing the contents of the shopping cart. You can click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order or ‘View shopping cart’ to view your ordered products.

STEP 2 – THE SHOPPING CART
In the shopping cart you can still change the quantities of the articles or remove products from the shopping cart.

STEP 3 – ENTER YOUR DETAILS
On this page we ask for the standard contact details. The required fields are marked with an asterisk.
You can indicate here, among other things, whether you are a private or business customer and whether you want the order delivered to a different address. For business customers it is possible to leave the VAT number. However, this is checked.

STEP 4 – CHOOSING PAYMENT METHOD
On this page we ask you how you want to pay for your order. The associated costs are also listed.
After you have made your choice, click on the ‘place order’ button.

STEP 5 – COMPLETE ORDER

You will be redirected to our SECURE PAY.NL PAGE. After payment has been completed, the order has been placed and paid for (in case of bank transfer, you must transfer the amount to us in advance, before we can finally process and deliver the order). With a correctly placed order you will receive an order confirmation from us in your e-mail box.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

  • We expect you to pack the product well and send the return form you are going to receive after your return request.
  • The product should be sent to our company address.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the shipping. This means that the product must be well packed so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
  • BestBuyFrom cannot be held responsible for any problems during shipment to us.
